On the grounds of the preschool on Ožvoldíková Street stands a sculpture of three stylised girls of various ages and heights. Set on a solid, irregularly shaped base, they are arranged in ascending order from the smallest reclining figure to the tallest seated girl. This sculpture portrays the popular and often overused theme of childhood in a less traditional way.
Having been relocated from its original position to the rear of the complex, the work is now situated on a lawn near more recent elements: climbing frames, benches, and mature greenery. The front of the sculpture is visible only from inside the preschool grounds; from outside the fence, only the side can be seen.
A nursery school was originally located adjacent to the preschool grounds. Both buildings were designed by the architect Eva Vicianová. Following sale of the nursery, the land registry office moved into the building, and later it was radically converted into an apartment block. During these changes, all original elements for children were removed from the nursery premises.
Tibor Kavecký's work is thus the only remaining relic from the period of construction of nursery facilities on Ožvoldíková Street during the second half of the 1970s.
Some sources refer to the sculpture as Mother with Children.
