Two Infinities

Ján Gejdoš / 2011

The green belt separating the Danube promenade from the River Park buildings features several works of art that form an outdoor gallery. Two of them, Labyrinth and Two Infinities, were created by the sculptor J. Gejdoš and bear his distinctive style.

Two Infinities was crafted from a yellowish beige (Oriental Yellow) shade of Brazilian granite, meticulously worked and polished to a high gloss. The work is landscape-oriented and was designed to be viewed from all sides. It comprises two rounded, intertwining loops set on a rectangular stone slab that is slightly raised above the lawn.
