Three commemorative plaques are mounted at ground floor level on the façade of the building at 36 Dunajská Street: Federation of Workers' Physical Education Units, Constituent Congress of Young Communist Workers, and the Napred (Forward) Association.
The building was constructed in the 1920s and served as the headquarters of the Federation of Workers' Physical Education Units from 1926 to 1929. This is commemorated by a plaque sited east of the pedestrian entrance as designed by V. Farár, a sculptor, draftsman, and medallist.
The rectangular plaque, oriented vertically within a recessed profiled frame, has two sections. The upper area has a recessed relief of a male figure in half-length, his left hand holding a hammer next to a five-pointed star and branch in front of his body. His right hand holds aloft a torch. His face is depicted in profile, to the right of which is a frame with the abbreviation FRTJ.
