A stylised, oversized figure of a mother and child stands on a cuboid pedestal. The work evinces Pavel Tóth's recognisable authorial imprint, and stands on a lawn that rises behind the sculpture to form an artificially raised terrain that visually and acoustically separates the small park from the noise of the street.
Nearby, a low-rise building known since the 1970s as the Golden Linden restaurant has subsequently been rebuilt, raised by several floors, and converted into an apartment block. This has substantially changed proportional relationships and the view of the sculptural work.
